Work With Us
At Rocky Mountain Ecodharma Retreat Center, work is not separate from practice. Rooted in the Buddhist principle of Right Action, our roles are expressions of care, ethical responsibility, and service. These roles help create the conditions for practice, community, and connection.
Working at RMERC means bringing the path into daily activity and aligning livelihood with Dharma, care for the Earth, and support for collective awakening.
