Jane Seaton PhD., at just two and half years old, declared to her mother that she would teach art. She grew up to become both a multimedia artist and a creativity guide for others. Since 1973, Jane has taught hundreds of people from all walks of life how to reawaken and explore the many dimensions of their real artistic nature – often by allowing them to relax and let their hands and heart lead the way.

Her teaching programs have varied from weekend workshops to five year training programs.

Jane has also been in private practice as a transpersonal psychotherapist and art therapist for many years. She holds a doctorate from The Union Institute in the concept of Artlife, and is the author of the Sounds True teaching program Artlife: Creative Journeys for Life Healing.

Jane’s many teachers about creativity, wilderness work, the human psyche, and spirituality have included Malidoma Some, Shaun McNiff, Bill Plotkin, CG Jung, the Zen Roshi Sanchi Reta Lawler, and the maverick master Osho Rajneesh.  www.artlifecreation.com
